The most rewarding experience to me is seeing something developed with your own hands. Being able to hold and interact with something you spent time on. There is history, passion, and memories that are associated with your creations. Creating something from nothing is the essence of industrial design, It translates ideas into form. The transformation of properties and materials is a beautiful thing. You gain a connection and satisfaction that is very rewarding.

Comradery is a part of my nature, the people I work with become like family over time. I hold group meetings at my home, work sessions, make dinner for everyone, and over all make everyone feel welcome.

Rapport = Trust + Comfort

When you build a good rapport and people are comfortable its conducive to creativity and work. Having a good time, making friends, and expression through art and design is a life worth living.
